I am an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Nutritionist, Folk Herbalist, Ayurvedic Body Therapist, Massage Therapist, Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra teacher & Mama of two Beautiful adult daughters that have been my greatest teachers.

I am a lover of the wild things.

I especially love the wayside weeds, their tenacity, their potent ancient medicine and stories, ethical wildcrafting, living in rhythm with nature and her seasons & supporting women to weave the magic of Mother Nature into her heart, home & kitchen.

1999 graduate of Twin Lakes College of the Healing Arts in Santa Cruz, Ca. Specializing in Massage Therapy. 

2005-06 graduate of Rosemary Gladstar's Art & Science of Herbalism

@ Sage Mountain Herbal Retreat Center in Vermont. 

This by far has been one of the very best experiences and trainings of my life and my beautiful entry point into Herbalism and how to live the Beauty Way.

2010 graduate of The Mount Madonna Institute as a Yoga Therapist & Ayurvedic Body Therapist.

2017 graduate of the California College of Ayurveda certified as a

Woman's Health Counselor and Yoga Nidra teacher.

2018 graduate of Ayurvedic Integrative Nutrition (AIN) with Laura Plumb.

2019-present day faculty for Laura Plumbs online AIN course.

2020-present day founder and creatrix of Way of the Herbalist Course.
